| This operation was the third
annual Netherlands Antilles IARU member society headquarters operation,
a joint effort between VERONA
(Vereniging voor Experimenteel Radio Onderzoek Nederlansen Antillen) and
CCC (Caribbean Contesting Consortium). Amateurs from Cucaçao and the
United States once again combined forces at the PJ2T station to provide the
"VRNA"
multiplier and to offer a training opportunity for PJ2 operators new to
contesting. In addition to the contest operation, we enjoyed an Open
House luncheon on Saturday during the contest for local ops and XYLs and
for our PJ2T neighbors.
