Shared Expenses per Operator Thus Far: Totaling the above gives $2030 shared station expenses / 10 ops = $203.00 per op. In addition there will be the usual shared expenses for the team vehicle (usually about $28/op), groceries and beverages (usually about $18/day), lodging (below), and the shack air conditioner if we opt to use it. Shack air conditioner cost has been about $80 for a 48 hour weekend, which is then subdivided among the operators.
Lodging Expenses: Based on this team size, lodging cost will be about $252 for members and about $328 for non-members. (CCC members get a 30% discount on the lodging cost.) (Under CCC club rules everyone will pay for seven nights even if there for fewer.) K8ND, W8WTS, KB7Q, and K2PLF paid deposits toward lodging in March, and I will of course deduct those amounts from the lodging cost totals or refund any excesses.
Grocery and Beverage Expenses: To be calculated after the contest, but usually about $18/person/day.
