Lodging Expenses: We have rented the Moran swimming pool house. The rental on that house is $2400 for the week, with costs divided among the team according to their wishes. There will also be a cost of around $20/operator for metered use of the shack air conditioner.
Grocery and Beverage Expenses: The team will buy its own groceries and collect those cost reimbursements separately.
