Shared Expenses per Operator: $2944.00 / 2 = $245.33 per operator. In addition we will split the cost of the rental truck for the week prior to the contest and the week of the contest. Depending on fuel use this will be approximately $45.00/operator. If we opt to use the shack air conditioning that's metered and usually runs about $75 for a 48 hour contest.
Lodging Expenses: We have rented the Moran swimming pool house. The rental on that house is $2400 for the week. ND4V says: House rentals - the guys taking their XYLs staying in the big house — will pay about $100 dollar premium. The rest share the balance of the costs equally.
Grocery and Beverage Expenses: The team will buy its own groceries and collect those cost reimbursements separately.
